Winery Review: The color is a brilliant straw yellow with fresh fruit perfumes, especially apple and pear, and floral notes such as elder and bloom. The taste is very fresh and fruity, (yellow plum, star fruit and ground ginger), with a very interesting acidity. There is an important presence of mineral salts due to the volcanic origin of the soil.
My Review: This wine is light and refreshing both in terms of smell and taste. It smells like pears and green apples. The taste is as I expected it to be: it was very light and definitely acidic. It had a very slight mineral taste, but overall it tasted like pears. I think this wine would be better if it was paired with some kind of appetizer rather than just being drank alone.
I tasted this wine without food.
