Name: Domaine De Mus Pays d'Oc Roussanne Vermentino 2017
Variety: 85% Roussanne/15% Vermentino
Region: Languedoc
Country: France
Year: 2017
Price: $13
Winery Review: The blend is 85%-15% in favor of Roussanne, so it's no surprise that that variety's pear and pineapple fruit dominates the 2017 Pays d'Oc Rossanne Vermentino. It's medium-bodied and honeyed without being heavy, rich or cloying, and it represents a terrific value.
My review: This wine is dry. It has a slight bitter taste to it, and flows like honey. It also has a similar taste to a flat champagne. Definitely not a heavy wine, it is more on the lighter side.
I tasted this wine without food.
